Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?+
UPI (scan the QR at checkout), credit/debit cards, UPI and net banking through Razorpay, and cash on delivery.
Is there a charge for cash on delivery?+
Yes. Cash on delivery adds a 2% handling charge, shown in the order summary before you place the order.
Do prices include GST?+
Yes. All prices on the site include GST. The order summary shows the GST included.
Will I get a GST invoice?+
Yes. Every order gets a GST tax invoice. Once your order is paid or delivered you can download it from My Account → your order → Download GST invoice.
Can I buy a set of parts at a discount?+
Yes. Our bundles combine compatible parts at a lower price than buying them one by one. The saving is shown as its own line in your cart.
Shipping & tracking
Do you ship across India?+
Yes. Shipping is charged by product category and you only pay for up to three items, however many you buy. The exact amount shows in the cart before you pay.
How do I track my order?+
Open My Account → your order. You'll see the courier, the AWB tracking number and every status update as it happens.
Can I pick up from the store?+
Contact us after ordering and we'll arrange collection from our Dehradun or Lucknow store.
Warranty, returns & support
Are products covered by warranty?+
Yes. Components carry the manufacturer's official India warranty. Warranty cards for your orders are available under My Account → Documents.
How do I get help with an order?+
Raise a support ticket from My Account → Support. You'll see when to expect a reply and can follow the conversation there.
What is your return policy?+

Custom PCs
Will the parts I pick work together?+
The PC Builder checks socket, memory type, power and size compatibility as you choose, and our team reviews custom builds before assembly.
Do you assemble the PC for me?+
Yes. We assemble, cable-manage and test custom builds. See Services for assembly, upgrades and repairs.
